About the role We
are recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to assist in the smooth
running of the Finance Department, providing an excellent service to the
University’s 7 schools serving approximately 4000 students and 500
staff members.
You will post all monthly internal charges and carry out all reconciliations necessary to enable management accounts to be issued. Other duties include posting of inter-company charges to the SUN accounts system, creating new bank details for the BACs run and processing company credit card expenses.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar finance related role with demonstrable knowledge of using databases (data entry, data retrieval and running standard reports). Excellent customer service, organisational and communication skills are all essential.

Grade D Salary & Benefits £24,000 per annum
